Anna Fleur delivers bouquets and floral arrangements throughout Warsaw and the surrounding areas every day, seven days a week. Our courier will bring your order to a home, office, restaurant or hotel. We deliver at a specific agreed time and send you a photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch. If you would like your surprise to remain anonymous, we will keep the sender’s identity private.

We offer same-day delivery. If you need your bouquet delivered at a particular time, please contact us in advance so we can confirm the time.

Flowers are delivered in a water-filled aqua pack to keep the bouquet fresh during transit. Every order includes a branded greeting card with your personal message, along with cut flower food to help your bouquet stay fresh for longer.

Delivery Times and Fees in Warsaw

We deliver from 06:00 to 00:00 (midnight).

Delivery fees outside Warsaw are calculated individually and agreed upon when you place your order.

You can collect your order from our shop at Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83A, lokal U2, 01-242 Warszawa. Collection is available from 09:00 to 20:00.

If the recipient is not at the delivery address, the order may be left in an agreed location or at the reception desk of a residential building, hotel or office building. Once the bouquet has been left there, we cannot control its storage conditions.

Redelivery is available for an additional fee. The delivery time and cost are agreed upon separately.

If the courier cannot reach either the recipient or the sender, the order will be returned to our shop. You can collect it within 24 hours of the unsuccessful delivery attempt, after arranging a collection time with us. If you decline redelivery and do not collect your order within this period, no refund will be issued, as we have already prepared the order and attempted delivery.

Payment Methods

Many of our customers send flowers to loved ones in Warsaw from abroad. We accept cards issued by foreign banks, including Ukrainian banks. Prices on our website are listed in Polish złoty (PLN). Your bank will handle any currency conversion.

• PayPal — a 4% fee applies.

• USDT — available on request. Please contact us to arrange payment.
