Delivery and payment

Delivery of orders is available within the city of Warsaw and its surrounding areas, every day without exception. Targeted delivery is carried out by our courier 7 days a week. On the day of placing the order, delivery is carried out during the day
Possible delivery times:

6:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Delivery costs:

9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (30 zl.)

6:00 AM - 9:00 AM / 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM (60 zl.)

Attention! The cost of delivery outside Warsaw is calculated individually.

Delivery conditions:
If the recipient is not present at the specified delivery address, it is possible to leave the order at an agreed-upon location or at the reception of a residential complex, hotel, or commercial space.

AFANNAFLEUR Company is not responsible for the condition and availability of the bouquet if the courier leaves it at the agreed-upon location. It is also possible to send the courier again after additional payment and agreement on the current delivery time. If the courier is unable to contact either the recipient or the sender, the order is sent to Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83a lokal U02, where it can be personally collected.
You have the opportunity to pick up your order within 24 hours after the unsuccessful delivery. If you refuse re-delivery and do not pick up the order within 24 hours after realization, the expenses will not be refunded, as the company has incurred all the costs.

- Cash in store at Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83a lokal U02.

- Apple Pay, Google Pay.
